Kindergarten News!

The St Blend Expert!

The Blend Expert read Stop! by Joy Cowley.

A star for our Blend Wall.

Chef Jeremiah and his sous chef created a fun and delicious "Dino Land!"

The children really enjoyed creating and eating their own "Dino Lands!"

The Fifth Grade did a fabulous job at The Lower School Cabaret.  It was a treat for the children to see some of their Fifth Grade Buddies perform on the stage!

In Reading, our story and poem were Three Little Ducks by June Melser and Joy Cowley and "Six Little Ducks."  Jeremiah, our Word Wall Rock Star, helped us add our four new sight words (did, of, out, and they) to our Word Wall.

Engineering a Dinosaur with Marshmallows and Straws
The children worked in pairs, or groups of three to plan and construct a standing dinosaur. Stay tuned for round two when we go back to our plans and see where improvements can be made to the designs.
